Does Caitlyn build lethality now?

Does Vayne build lethality? Does Jinx, Sivir, Ashe etc. build lethality now? Seems like the way to go.... I haven't played consistently lately and now everywhere it's early game lethality, mid game lethality and late game definitely lethality.

Though I'm glad I'm not an ADC main...

Crit is stronger on Cait but her ult deals a good amount of damage with lethality. Sivir can definitely use lethality well due to her already being a AD caster type.

Tanks arent really tanky until they complete 3 items + boots.
mages ( ADCs "counter" ) only AP armor item is shit to rush ( is even worse ) while takes a long time to stack and HP is low + expensive + niche to complete.
All lethality items grant lots of AD ( people say is overloaded, true but its just 1 item while those are 3 ).
All lethality items have effective build paths ( this thing reminds me of the old Brutalizer ).
u can get up to +%15 damag from masteries form the start of the game.
u can get +%15 Attack Speed from 3 quints form the start of the game.
most ADCs kits + AA range allow them to deal damage with more reliability and safety than others.

givin these facts, why not build things like this item 3142 item 3814 item 3156 item 3036 item 3046 item 3812 / item 3072 as Cait and 1 shot squishies with my Ult and still have carry level DPS + tankyness + sustain + move speed all at once ?
