My personal thoughts after a quick game of Rengar's new rework on PBE

I've played a game of his new rework on PBE, btw his Q has 2 damage instances for other people who did not know this. Both do the same amount of damage, damage when swiping the sides and stabbing forward. Only played one game so I don't really have much experience to give my judgement on his ultimate quite yet, but when other people get used to playing against him with his new abilities I feel it's going to hinder him so much (still talking about his ultimate). I like the W change and at least they kept his e. For his passive I don't feel that it's very fair because there's almost always 2-3 tanks on the enemy team, and that's a real struggle to deal with if Rengar want's to get his passive stacks, and because it's like this, I would suggest at least giving him the stack on assists. It's just an idea, but I can already see the holes in that because he would eventually get all stacks whereas he just might not get them all if he HAD to kill them. If this were a thing, I could see them possibly nerfing his ratios maybe to compensate his almost guaranteed 30% additional attack damage.

Anyone's thoughts on his rework so far? Or possibly suggestions if you've been getting used to him yet?

Maybe Rengar is better as an off-tank bruiser now. His W is a huge amount of utility and tankiness that scales with your tankiness in general. Meanwhile his Q is still an autoattack reset and has pretty good ratios. Why not a build like item 3074 item 1412item 3143 item 3065 item 3047 item 3053 where you are still pretty tanky while dealing decent damage?
