The list of champions that haven't received a skin in "a little while"

This is by no means intended to be a complaint of any sort. I do not expect Riot to produce a skin for every champ before working on a second or third for another champ while others have yet to receive something, nor do I expect them to produce skins "on-demand" in a short time for whatever we want. That is ridiculous. This post is simply to just inform anyone interesting in knowing what champions haven't received a skin in "a little while" and what/when their last skin was. This list is specifically for skins, not chromas, and I left out champs that Riot said are getting skins soon.

The champions listed haven't received a skin in about a year and a half or more, and it's ordered that way because I thought it was reasonable enough.

[Edit]: In this list I included team skins because I wasn't sure about the boards reaction if I hadn't included them. But as for those champions, Riot doesn't count those skins for who's up for rotation on who gets a skin next, so for champions who's last skin was a team skin, they've actually been waiting longer. (I'll put in their last non-team skin when I have the chance and put it next to it just so you guys can see it).
