Suggestion to reduce amount of players playing the X champion for the first time on PvP

I bet everyone had a game ranked/normal and there was a player playing for the first time the X champion. Due to his inexperience with the champion he performs realy badly and starts feeding.This is quite annoying and frustrating trying to help someone while they tilt the whole game . I suggest that whenever a summoner purchases a champion, a pop-up window with the option to go to PvBot game in order to learn about the specific champion or the option to visit some trustworthy guides online to give general knowledge to the player and if the player skips it, he will be unable to play a ranked game with the X champion. It then could be unlocked for ranked if a player plays a bot game or a Pvbot game.
