So many unfixed bugs, I'm disappointed in Riot..

To begin with, is there any kind of quality control/check before a skin of high value is released? DJ Sona for example still has tons of visual bugs, and even though they were reported during her PBE bug report, nothing is fixed... Ex. Ethereal particles in Conccusive and Kinetic for some seconds after switching Forms. The sound when landing in base rarely working on all auras. Hair transition. After a Kalista bond Sona performs her aa animation in slow motion (no projectile launch,just her doing the action). The passive indicators not changing when switching forms, but it changes when using only w on other forms.. For a ln Ultimate skin, these bugs reduce the quality of the skin, giving the impression that it's made slippy.. Even though I love DJ Sona, these bugs definitely throws away that Ultimate skin feel of it. Jinx also has her laugh broken for months now (no wheezing in between laughs).
