Akali has to be dealt with the correct way now.

This post isn't made to list more reasons why Akali should be reverted, but more to just show everyone what is going on. If you simply look up "Akali" in the search bar on boards, it brings you to so many posts about reverting Akali. Aside from a lot of people making posts, there are so many others that just comment in favor of a revert and want one. On top of that, almost all revert Akali posts I look at have more up votes that down votes.

People might comment some hate about this opinion, but I believe that the **players that want a revert are in the majority over the ones that don't want a revert. **

Riot is currently working on a change to Akali (making R1 point click and a ton of other stuff), and we won't know if this will work to fix the champion or not until we actually see it in action. However, if it does not work, a revert is definitely what should happen.

Since Riot has not made an announcement that rules out a revert, a revert is possible. No one can say that a revert is impossible because of that.

There are so many things that suggest a revert, yet it hasn't happened yet. Along with everything I've said, there are so many other reasons why she should be reverted. Riot, what are you doing? Revert her already, its the correct move for the community and the state of the game.

I said I wouldn't list reasons and whatever about why she should be reverted so I won't. I will put some links below that are good discussions on the boards about reverting Akali.

There are many other great posts other than these. However these ones stick out because they contain facts about why she should be reverted, AND have had tons of comments and good arguments reflecting both sides of the argument.

ALSO: Before anyone comments things about VGU nonsense, they can keep the vgu but add the animations for the old abilities.

ALSO: Please don't comment uneducated comments about this topic. Read revert akali posts to actually inform yourselves on actual facts instead of making wild untrue accusations which many of you tend to do.

I mean, I'm sure if we looked at the majority of posts asking to revert Akali, they'd be yours. You go and necro old Akali discussions just to say to revert her.

Akali wasn't in a healthier state before this rework. She still did stupid damage under stealth with healing that is simply unfair on an energy-based assassin. Even in her nerfed state, the new Akali is fun to play. She's dynamic and engaging with so many tricks up her sleeve that the only person you can blame for losing is yourself.

Yes, she has been difficult to balance, one of the toughest balance jobs Riot has had in a while. That doesn't mean it should be scrapped. There are lots of people who want to see this version of Akali work. The vocal minority shouldn't be the one deciding.

New Akali is toxic. Doesn't mean old Akali is any better.

Those who say "rEveRt aKalI!" should get their head out of their own ass 1st and think twice on what they just said. The damn bitch doesn't need buffs or nerfs or even a revert. She needs a re-rework and by somebody who understands what a PvP game is, not fuckin certainlyt. Simple as abc.

it doesn't really matter

riot only reverts a rework they did not like no matter rwhat the playerbase thinks, (we've seen it enough times), and considering that riot absolutely despised old akali it will never happen

Nerfed shroud, point and click R... Kinda did revert her. Just make her passive have healing attached to it and viola, Akali reverted.

They cant simply revert a VGU though. They dont have any models for Infernal or KDA Akali, nor the kit animations for Flourish or her old R. And old Akali was just as hard to balance anyway so what is actually accomplished? Your opinion is bad and you should feel bad.

KDA skin means you don't get a revert, too much money spent on the current aesthetic by customers. so tbh you're stuck with the current one, work with it instead of asking for a revert which won't occur in the history of ever. maybe another rework, you might get that, but no vgu get's reverted lol, and most certainly not after it's made the money it has there would be lawsuits and those would cost more money than keeping these forums up where you can have your "revert" soapbox. you see?

This might just be me being selfish, but I really want her to get a revert cause me and many other players that started in the season 9 era never got to play the old one, and she looked fun as hell
