Can I get Project Akali with the border alone? Anyone who knows pls click here!!

Hey all,

Was just wondering if the only way to get Project Akali WITH the border alone is possible. It used to be if you purchase the skin on the first day then u get the border but I'm not sure right now. That is the way it was with Project Yasuo at least. I see the Project Akali chroma border bundle, but its a lot of money, and I wanted to know if I could just get the skin and the border, and not the chromas that make it expensive.

Is this possible guys?

I mean, you can get the border for free by completing all of the project missions and buying the border bundle with 250 tokens
