Riven jump over Vi Q?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but i was playing as Vi and when i went in with Q on riven, she jumped over it. It didn't deal any damage and there wasn't a knock back I just completed the full dash behind her. Is this actually a thing or just a weird bug? If this is just a unique mechanic, does anyone know other champions that can do this or what other abilities riven can jump over?

I've noticed a lot of things like this with Riven recently. Now she apparently can "jump over" things and is pretty much invulnerable to all skillshots during her last Q. I assume this is a bug

There was a video of a nidalee that ran into the brush, placed a trap, transformed and dashed over the malph ult, who landed on trap and then took a spear to death.
