when someone gets pulled with blitz q,don't put the lantern on top of me,but rather infront of me so they dont walk over it and i get completely screwed.

well obviously that one guy i played with last game wasn't really experienced with him,saw blitz and was like "oh is counterpick,me want!".

most likely autofilled maybe?

easy to dodge,sure thing,but I'm no god damn faker or robot to dodge every single one,and I can dodge as many as I could,but blitz will always only need to hook me once to guarantee my death. I didn't flame him,I just told him not to put it ontop of me like that so I can actually click it.It was advice to maybe make his future games with Thresh better.

I wouldn't pick Thresh into blitz... That's where you want Ali or Maokai.

Why not? Free gap closer for easy hooks / flays. I use him against Blitz every time he's picked. Other champs work well against him too, of course.

That's pretty obvious. I was talking about picking Thresh into Blitz, which is fine.

I'd imagine that one is because then you lose out on the lantern for peel and are likely to be murdered very quickly since thresh is significantly easier to kill than an alistar or a moakai.

Well at the moment at least, after the rework I imagine maokai is going to be very different.

Thresh isn't as tanky as Alistar. If he gets pulled by Blitz he might not survive long enough to hook/flay the enemy adc. According to champion.gg Blitzcrank does well against Thresh and has 52.3% winrate in that matchup.

Not as tanky as Ali, but still tanky. He doesn't insta die when he's hooked. There's plenty of time to flay / hook or whatever. So you're going off what some website says about the matchup? There's other factors like team comp and knowledge of the champ. Don't just base your judgement on some numbers you see on a website. I have played the match up many times, and it's fine. Just get better with Thresh.
