1: how much does the passive slow? i can't know because i do not have a PBE account and i see no one mentioning the slow amount
2: will the new Q(five stacks) be able to proc braum passive and/or black cleaver passive?
3: if ashe cannot crit on a slowed target,if ashe was lucky enough to pull off a crit on a new target,will it be a crit? or does the slow apply first then the damage calculation?

I can answer the second question right now. The flurry Q will only apply On-hit effects (BoRK, Braum passive, etc.) on the first strike. Black Cleaver however, will apply a stack for each hit (5 stacks), and Runnan's will fire for each one as well (so you can fire 15 arrows total with Runnan's and a fully stacked Q)

slowing them by 5 / 11 / 17 / 23 / 29 / 35% for 2 seconds. The flurry will stack multiplicatively with Frost Shot.png Frost Shots, will benefit from life steal and triggers on-attack effects five times, but on-hit effects are only applied once. Ashe cannot otherwise critically strike.
