Urgot ult+knight's vow
- If urgot ults someone with my knight's vow on urgot will i get the 12% healing?
- If urgot ults someone with my knight's vow on the target will i get 12% damage from that?

The Urgot ult target will not take 12% less damage from the execute, however they will take 12% less damage from the initial hit. The initial hit is physical damage, while the execute is in true damage, which can't be mitigated ever.
Regarding the interaction of Urgot getting the healing from the execute, that I am unsure of. I don't know how Knight's Vow's healing interacts with true damage, but however that interaction is is how it will be with Urgot's ultimate execute. I know he will get the healing from the physical damage hit, though.
His execute is true damage and that won't be mitigated.
However I don't think it heals you and if it does you would see it since it will basically heal you back to full HP since Urgot execute does 9999 True damage.
