What changes? In the video he looks the same as he has always been. I think they are trying to trick us to think they are reworking him when in fact there are no changes whatsoever. This is definitely how I always remember Yas being.

Hm its not adequate.

His W needs to give him a lasting shield like Janna E.

His E needs to have its range and speed scale with levels.

His ult needs to call down a instant AOE tornado that tosses everyone insider into the air while he stuns them and deals 10+attacks that have bonus true damage applied ontop.

Also magic damage from lightning bolts that stun enemies.

Those with the rest are about right.

The changes to Yasuo's W is not a rework, its a graphical update. Its a long standing bug that incorrectly displays the hitbox of Yasuo's W. With this change everyone can now see what to avoid.
