I'm guessing it's practically a 1 way ticket, but is it possible to un-permaban my boards account?

My original (King Lego) got perma banned.

While i can log in and play games all i want, i'm sealed off from talking here which leaves me to this alternative account where i can't even upvote things that are smart and downvote things that are too stupid to even read.

And before you ask, no i ain't gonna play to level this account up. I deleted this stinking game months ago. You can blame game balance for that though.

We got mods being too much of shining armor to rioters who don't even deserve defending.

I'm afraid unbanning your account is not something I will be willing to do at this time. While we do consider unbanning players who have demonstrated an understanding of what their behavioral issues were and a shift in said behavior, that is clearly not the case here. I will also caution you that continued behavior like that quoted by me above will likely lead to a rapid permanent suspension of this account, as it is already exhibiting behavior similar to the behavior that caused your old account to be banned.

I have no problem with you voicing your concerns and opinions, as long as you do so in a way that follows the board rules. Critique can be given without insult, harassment, or abuse. If you don't agree or can't bring yourself to do so, I will ask you to find another venue to share your thoughts.

Here's the short answer: No.

The opinion can be mature according to the rule. But keep it ignored long enough it will mutate into something toxic. And that's what just happened.

I am not here to tell CertainlyT what he should think or how he should communicate with the community. My own thoughts on the matter are also irrelevant to this current situation. The long and short of it is that if you are using the boards you are expected to follow the board rules, even when you do not think they are appropriate. Failure to do so will lead to a suspension of board privileges.

I'm afraid the philosophy that rules were made to be broken, while one that you are allowed to have, will result in punishment if acted upon in this environment. I speak from a position of some knowledge when I say that breaking the rules here will result in a loss of access to the boards.

Man why are you so bitter? If that chip on your shoulder was any bigger you wouldn't have a shoulder anymore. Is it really that hard to say (regarding the incident you're complaining about) "This rioter is being toxic on the boards, can you do something please?" instead of "this rioter's being a (*#$ing jerk, fire them or bleeping bleepity bleep bleep them." I mean, that's really all you have to do. I have seen a few cases of rioters not putting their best foot forward, to put it simply, but your behavior is just as bad if not worse than any i've seen from any official post. You can't fight fire with fire and expect not to be punished yourself.

I tried being civilised all I could and as long as I could. And countless others too.

But did riot do anything? Nah.

If riot is not gonna consider players frustrations especially with CT champions, then what's the point of being civilised and polite for that matter?

They do consider the frustrations of the playerbase as a whole.

They will not make League exactly how you want it when your goals for it are not in line with what the rest of the community wants.

The highest votes posts in the boards have a few thousand votes. Similar on Reddit and elsewhere. And they are not scientific samplings of the community. Riot does studies that statistically sample the community both in client and via email, and they act on those results, not the bandwagons of the boards or Reddit.

Sometimes you have to accept in life you won't get what you want. The answer to this is not to be an asshole to try to get what you want. Especially once it's made clear to you that Riot isn't going to do what you want.

Sure. Literally most of the community say that damage is high through the roof, defensive are useless, one shot fiestas are unfun, team fights are just 2 seconds long, etc.

You can complain about things and be unhappy about things and express your unhappiness without being deliberately insulting. There's a difference between asking you to be an angel and simply asking you to rein in the bad attitude a bit.

And if you have a problem with a Riot employee, you should report it rather than make a public scene about it.

Your only obligation is to report. Not make a witch hunt.You can argue that nothing will be done, but the only 100% guarantee of no result is to do nothing (and perhaps whine on the forum). If reporting doesn't do anything, oh well, you tried. Pursuing it any further isn't any less of a waste of your time than the report was in that case.

Ban evasion to continue the same behavior is against the rules, yes. Please rest assured that in situations like this we have things under control. I am not in the habit of banning people for asking questions without engaging in appropriate discourse about their concerns, even when/if their behaviors may merit digging into at a later date.

Well, i tried countless times to be civilized (and so did many) about many certain topics involving CT and his champions.

But did riot listen? No.

It took them nearly a year to remove Akali's true stealth mechanic which if you ask me is poor attention on feedbacks.

Well no i don't think so. If riot is gonna keep a toxic designer, making toxic champions, they will get a toxic environment.

Toughness to stay positive for as long as possible. But sometimes wisdom to just say "fuck it" point the middle finger and leave the game for good.

Season 8 was a disaster season and season 9 wasn't going to be any different that I deleted the game before it even started.

Never been happier or this at peace since there is no more league of legends icon appearing on my laptop screen.

Personally, I've always found the notion that people expect / can get their accounts PERMANENTLY banned accounts unbanned. Kind of takes away from the classification imo.

For matches maybe. But boards, saying a Rioter deserves to be fired shouldn't be against the rules since you're voicing an opinion that's somehow considered being a jerk and a form of harassment which btw is not how they even work.

I was under the impression nothing stopped a permabanned account from posting - something seen time and again on Player Behavior posts.

I believe forum bans can be overturned, but that's something you appeal with the mods.
