I want to buy one of these champions on sale, because I want a decent top-laner and to increase my champion pool for ranked.
But which one? Anyone have a preference? Anyone with any insight onto which one would be best to carry with? Currently I use a lethality/AS rune page, but I can get an AD Page as well.

is kind of insane in lane and bullies the fuck outta most matchups. But 
has a better global and is better later in the game. You wanna wreck face early-mid? Or mid-late?
GP is way harder to master. You will keep feeding way longer with GP than Panth, so I recommend Panth. Up to Gold 2 league I haven't really seen good GP players, they never end up carrying team, always being carried by the team.
Depends, to get really good at gp you will need hundreds of games as he is high skillcap, and he is late game champion, while pantheon is the opposite, he is all about that early game and he is pretty braindead to play, you will learn him in like 3 games.
Pantheon is easy to play. GP is harder to play but a bit more rewarding to master.
Tbh I'd try not to buy any Champions with RP. Best to get them with IP. If you really must, I'd suggest Gangplank (because of your Rune Page, I'm pretty sure he works better with Lethality than Pantheon does).
