A Proposed Fix for Duskblade

(This post is a super trimmed down version of my original, power outages can suck a big one) The maybe fix for Duskblade isn't too groundbreaking. It sucks a lot of power from the item, but doesn't make it absolute garbage. It allows for other items to be created so that assassins can itemize better. Replace the current Nightstalker passive with this:

Nightstalker - After being unseen for 1 second you gain 5.5-10.5 (based on level) Lethality for 2.5 seconds. The first attack on a champion slows by 50% for .25 seconds. (15 second cooldown)

I know it kind of drains a lot of the power from the item. It makes so that other Lethality items can be made them provide a bit of utility to assassins. It also makes the item no longer a point and click nuke. It means a good Zed can take well advantage of this item and land all their abilities. It also means other people have a chance to outplay the damage. It can keep the vision passive, I don't get wiped from existence with that. Yup.
