BE to OE Conversion

Can we get a conversion from BE to OE for a short time. I'm racking up massive amounts of BE with basically no use. So far every chest I've opened has given me a champion shard. I've had the same amount of OE for about a month and a Blood Lord Vlad skin shard I want to upgrade. Even if the its an exorbitant amount, like a 100 to 1 ratio, I'd do it.
