ancient coin, will it be nerfed like spellthiefs since it's "not a top lane item"?

I'm bronze 3, I win more than 80% of my lanes when I get top. Of the champs I play, 4 of them build trinity force fairly early and on all those champs I like to take kleptomancy and get an ancient coin and 3 pots at the beginning of the game followed by a cull if I'm not getting bullied too hard. Those champs are Illaoi, Nasus, Trundle, and Yorick. All major splitpushers with a lot of teamfight potential, at least in bronze. But will ancient coin be nerfed in the future? The bandit proc is amazing with klepto as it is but the coin passive lets me stay in lane longer because of the mana drops. Feels to me like something riot doesn't like very much.
