More bans per team.

Perm ban Wukong, Hecarim, and the other people who don't get banned for some reason.

Buff the fucking hell out of ADC's so they are viable. 2x attack speed doesn't do shit.

For an ADC main URF is not fun at all. I play all the champs I do enjoy that aren't ADC's but then when I want to play champs I like to play cuz they're in my core im useless as hell unless the game falls into 3 very specific conditions where sivir is good or it last long enough (not likely) for vayne to be good. Or ends in 5 minutes when varus is still good.

Have you tried playing ADCs jungle? It removes the need for laning, which is the hardest part for them. Try Vayne in the jungle with Bloodrazor>PD>Defensive Boots>IE/Bloockthirster>IE/Bloodthirster>Rageblade. Take Flash and Smite. AS marks, Armor Seals, Scaling MR Glyphs, AS Quints. 21-9-0, taking Fervor of Battle.

Also, not to be mean or bag on you in any way, but playing ADCs in URF requires EXEPTIONAL levels of mechanics. Like, you have to be perfectly on point with your orb walking at 2.5 attack speed and your kiting and your positioning. I am a Diamond Vayne main, and it's very difficult to pull of URF Vayne, but it's so freaking rewarding because it's insanely powerful and nets me insane kills and a guaranteed S every game.

Also, with the jungle vayne, you hit your powerspike of bloodrazor>pd in about 10 minutes.
