Ancient Coin Speed Nerf

So first of all, I am willing to bet that 99% of people won't care at all about this but either way, I don't think it makes sense. What I am referring to is the fact that in the latest patch (5.22, glory to all marksman) the Ancient Coin -> Talisman of Ascension had its move speed bonus removed. Personally I feel that this makes the item less valuable than the other gold income items that are commonly taken by supports. Lets look at Relic Shield and Spellthief's Edge.

Spellthief's Edge: +5 Ability Power +2 Gold per 10 seconds +25% Base Mana Regen UNIQUE Passive - Tribute

Relic Shield: +75 Health +2 Gold per 10 seconds UNIQUE Passive - Spoils of War

Ancient Coin: +25% Base Mana Regen UNIQUE Passive - Favor

So first let's look at the fact that Ancient Coin does not have a Gold per 10 stat. This is OK, because its Favor passive is definitely a more efficient gold income generator than Tribute or Spoils of War. So we'll say that Favor alone makes Ancient Coin even with Relic Shield and Spellthief's passives + the gold per 10 on each of them. Spellthief's Edge also has the +25% Base Mana Regen so Ancient Coin and Spellthief's Edge are even in that regard as well (Relic Shield lacks a bit here). Now however, there is a problem. Spellthief's Edge and Relic Shield both offer some type of stat boost. Spellthief's Edge provides the +5 Ability Power and Relic Shield grants the player +75 Health. These are both very small boosts, but Ancient Coin offers absolutely no extra stat boosts. For this reason, I feel that the previous small boost to movement speed was fair. It was a small stat boost that made the Ancient Coin offer something more than just gold income.

Coin is the zero risk medium reward income item that gives you gold and small healing merely for being present in lane. It is also the one that upgrades into the superior active. It needs drawback, and the drawback is that you get less gold than a properly used spellthief, and less selfish stats than the 2 other items.

IMO Coin is definitely lacking. I think it needed some sort of nerf this season because it was veeeeeeeeeery good but I think the nerf to the Talisman active cooldown was enough. The flat MS should have stayed, especially given the Frost Queen's line has been improved massively.
