I'm still concerned about how Riot thought this nerf was going to help enough to the point where it wouldn't be an issue anymore.. as though it seems like they barely tried. Even though right now I feel twitch is a bigger problem with his broken boosted Q use, I still think this is a large issue that needs to be touched on.

It's extremely aggravating that I can be supporting a Draven that's 1-2 levels lower than the other teams ADC and still completely dump on their ADC/support just because he has constant throwing axes that does so much damage.

His winrate went down over 2% with the nerf, so it appears to be doing exactly what Riot intended: Make him a bit weaker without changing his gameplay.

They aren't gonna do anything drastic with Worlds coming up. If anything is gonna get nerfed, it's probably gonna take place after that...man, now that I think about it, worlds is prob gonna be braindead meta too. Just rushing ardent / zekes while adcs 1v5...hope it isn't as boring to watch as it sounds
