I'm also in silver and yes. If you're behind as Fiora, you won't be much use in teamfights. You NEED to just farm and take turrets and let yourself scale up. If you try to teamfight when behind, you're just as useless for the teamfight as if you were split pushing. However, if you split push, you can take turrets while they're teamfighting and you farm up. You earn gold for yourself and global gold for your team that you wouldn't be earning by fighting the enemy team.

Tiamat is very core because it allows you to go push a lane back and go push another lane or take some jungle camps which can incrediably help u catch up at the cost of ur jg falling behind. So if u can take the only jg camps when u shove and see him botside or at least get vision. There is many things u can do and its all situational but fiora doesnt need kills to scale. Just a lot of farm lol
Unforunately i still suck at her and can barely win even if i get fed. So take my advice with a grain of salt but cs is everything. Learn wave management so u cAn freeze when ur jg is near topside for easy ganks or at least to deny the other top laner from some cs and dont die early for a couple cs. Sometimes xp is all u need early game
