Most wins in my class of bronze

So i have 43 wins and i am in b3 with 34 lp. Just wondering how bad does this mean i am? Or is it just bad luck that i win so many games but lose an equal amount that i literally cannot climb lol? I don't know man you would think i could at least hit b1 by now with all the games i have but seems like i never get put in a specific skill bracket. Gimme them thoughts!
