Need at least 2 people who can play off and on anytime ranked.

Would love to have at least a 3 man team i can play ranked with as i have a pretty good understanding on what it takes to win games but cant climb due to my current elo. There is no synergy in bronze and no tactics it's just them running after kills instead of farming, and objectives. I think I can be at least gold with enough practice and the right team mates so send me your users if you are serious about trying to climb with me.
