By the way, Hecarim's a problem again
He really should have gotten at least some placebo nerfs to go with Celerity reworked into being exclusively for his one shot.

Yeah he definitely needs some kind of buffs. He's far too weak right now.
new celerity isnt even giving that much ms to the champs that are known for being fast. he cared more about the ad conversion than the raw ms it gave before anyway.
new celerity was a Nerf to him . poor heca went from 47% to 45% win rate , he needs a buff not a bandage one
Hecarim is always a problem when he comes charging at you.

New Celerity does less for Hecarim than old did. The addition of flat stats is what is really good for Hecarim, better than for other champions.
I still see him in lungle and laugh all the way to a win.
