Level 1 maybe, but a level 2 blitz/leona would crush you even if you exhaust the adc in that situation. Especially if they ignite you. You should just dodge it.

I was being facetious. By level 2, blitz is scared to pull me anyway when both him and the adc are half health drinking pots as fast as they can.
