riot destroyed the fun part of quinn.

personally i main quinn and my adventure playing her im not satifised and her's some following reasons:first of all valor dosnt exist anymore like he used to be and its boring being only a taxi and only quinn does any damage to enemys second q sucks because it dosnt miss enemys hits and if enemys get close to you they can bully you easy and outrade you and last one q and e cdr are destroyed i really prefer more the old quinn with lower w atack speed buff than new one with the worst cd's on her most important skills. so please riot can we revert the quinn rework? old quinn was not popular but that not means it wanst good.riot dosnt care if the champion is balanced,riot cares only about the popularity of champion and they care about money thats why after the rework the first month they add a new skin in the reworked champion.
