As an avid member of the Illaoi jungle community, this change would greatly support her clear while not particularly making her better in any way except for jungling. The spirit doesn't have to count for her ult.

Give me a reason to go illaoi jng. I want to camp at their buff at level 6 and dare them to fight me where they are surrounded by walls.
I really dont think this would do anything. Illaoi is everything a jungler doesn't want. Her damage relies on spawning tentacles nearby on a large cooldown, she has no method of engaging for ganks, and she lacks sustain.
And Scuttle. please.
