A simple but solid nerf to Cho'Gath

As most people know, Cho'Gath has gotten a little bit over tuned in the recent patch. However, instead of nerfing all his numbers, I think his ult damage to epic monsters should be the same as the damage to champions. This way, you can use your ult for tons of damage to say, steal a buff, but not so far as dealing more damage than smite and taking baron from a jungler when you're a top laner. Kalista can out smite a smite, but she needs to stack up, meanwhile Cho'Gath just does more damage than smite almost always.
