Reports being abuse

This new community is way too soft and report happy. I get reported for the most childish reason

1. I tell a newbie not to buy that item and to get that item. He/she then proceeds to say stfu u are not my mom or dad dont tell me what to do asshole and then reports me

2. Lane goes 0/3/0 and I tell him plz stop feeding and play more passively. He rages at me and say to report me for Harassment

3. I pick jungle WW and dont gank until I am level 6, unfortunately lane feeds bc the opponents have a lee and its my fault for them losing lane and I get reported

4. I go support and buy a sightstone and proceed to place my 3 wards. I gte raged at by not having the entire map warded and get reported

5. Duo decides to troll and report me for not giving them their lane when pick order was in my favor

I can continue with examples but you get the picture. I Have already 100 chat ban restrictions. How do you expect me to communicate with my team. How do you expect me to give advice to my adc when I see him rush phantom dancer as his first item. How am i to tell my mid that frost fang isnt a good idea to purchase and should buy a doran ring. riot needs to fix these issue and ban or remove reporting privileges for those who abuse it
