We really need this Riot

First : Surrender vote limiting Riot please limit the surrender votes for each player to use in the match like max 2 times he can call a surrender vote .

Like the limit are 10 > 2 for each player . This will help me get less inting spamming surrender vote players + it will help players to focus in the team fight . Like not in every team fight we should see a surrender vote poping in the screen .

Second: Chat enable/disable feature . Also I'd like to ask if riot can help by providing Chat disable feature in option . Like after i got chat ban so I'm really interested in this feature to auto mute everyone in every game .

Please guys if you feel that we need it support me and vote up !! Reposted on gameplay as its requested by some people .

I am honestly sick of game after game where these feeders just feed constantly because all they have to do is ff at 15 once they die 3-16 times foolishly when told to play safe, near the turret and ward the river or brush.

i've came back from so many losses even with 2-3 feeders because they chose to listen to me and the other carry.

so many players belong in the bot games so they can learn the game mechanics properly.. they think they're ready to fight and end up feeding every game even after they reach lv.150 etc, they have no clue how to play, i could see why there are so many high levels that play like new players and are forced to resort to smurfing to stay relevant (most of the time they are still on a loss streak since their mechanics are weak or when they are too cocky) [sg-ahri-1]
