1 Item or 2 Items meta ?

Is it really healthy for the game to just build 1 item or 2 items to just finish the whole game and become unstoppable ?? Let's go through this riot agents . Spear of shogin / Blade of the ruined king , Rage blade . Like those games when u see a riven with spear of shogin melting everyone and she become unstoppable specially if it added death dance . Or those games when a yi / kayle / jax or any champ with those items who melt everyone or baron in 3~7 secs .

In my opinion riot have 2 choices now Nerf the items and stop this unplayable meta ! Buff the old items Ardent censer / ZZ portal / ADC items . changing the champs stats not gonna solve anything or fix the game . So you guys agree with me or not ?
