rumble still has the lowest win rate passed 28 mins. even if you look at rumbles past win rate he either gets last place or close to it 7.23 51 out of 51 7.24 48 out of 51 8.1 50 out of 51 8.2 46 out of 50
sad part is a lot of the champs on this list arent even suppose to be in top lane and they are out shining a top laner

Also who do you mean isn't supposed to be played top? The only ones that are somewhat niche picks are Karthus, Swain and Olaf--whose higher-than-Rumble winrates are probably due to them being most likely picked only as hard counters.

is mid never really seen top reason a few steps in any direction and his ult becomes almost global
same thing why would mord be top when he can ult dragon kinda pointless for mord to be top i seen more support mords then top
malp only loses if he goes all in if malp pokes rumble he wins
as of this moment even if you get rumble super fed he only becomes obnoxious. he doesnt 1 shot you he cant go 1 v 3 or 1 v 2 really. and rumble cant end game without his team. unlike malp galio and mord.
