Precision Secondary rune should give adaptive attack speed, or Ad, or Ap.

It only makes sense that it should give atk speed, or Ad, or ap, adaptive. make it default to attack speed for a jungling item imo. Otherwise junglers with attack speed steroids will be taking over. It doesn't have to be a large number, perhaps 10% would be sufficient. I feel that the secondary runes should be exclusive to their own stats, not having the same stats as the primary. All secondary runes should be handled like Inspiration Primary does. Each one has its own identity. Inspiration with resolve gives hp, it should. Resolve with precision gives 70 hp. What if i want attack speed? does that mean I am stuck in Precision Primary or Inspiration primary? See what I mean?
