mastery change to help tanks?

what if the worthless sheild mastery was removed, tenasity was moved to it's spot, and the bottom mastery became one of the following(tell me wich one you like)

"1% damage reduction per level" or to make sure tanks benefit more than bruisers

"2% bonus resistances per level" or maybe

"ignore 1 flat and 1% pirceing for every 100 resistance" i'm pretty sure that the last one helps tanks more than bruisers because %pen affects them more, they're going to build way more resistances than bruisers causeing them to ignore more pen (almost like a deathcap for tanks), but of corse i could be wrong.

all of these would help with tanks sad late game(after someone buys LW/VS)

18% damage resist? Way too much. WAAAAY too much

Damage resist resist resist is a bad idea.

I like the % damage reduction but being 1% per level would be way too strong late game. Perhaps make it cap at 3% damage reduction at level 18 (direct contrast of the 3% increase in offense tree). At level 6 it would be 1%, 12 would be 2%, and 18 3%, so that tanks can still tank late game instead of only being good early

Designate it as an actual amount. Grant % bonus health. % of your resistances. This way it scales better with mid/late game, the numbers won't even be noticeable early on, but later on it will make a difference.

Anything that bruisers can take will help them more than they help tanks. The only way to help tanks is to change how tanks either work or scale.

I'd be far more interested in seeing tanks as a whole get scaling based on defenses. Nothing major, but enough to help them benefit from items so Riot and/or the community can stop being afraid of bruisers getting too strong because they tried to buff tank items.
