Stormraider Tahm

ok hear me out. when Tahm eats an enemy he slows himself by 95%, but stormraiders surge allows him to ignore 75% of slows as well as giving him 40% bonus movement speed. so ignoring the bonus movement speed he's only slowed by 24sh%.

Soooo~ if Tahm can manage to deal 30% of a champions health in 2.5 seconds before he eats them... he then has 3 seconds sprint them somewhere? like under tower, to his jungler. if it's late game and they're in his base, he can probably get them into his fountain...
