Unlocked Camera Improvements

I'm an unlocked camera user and have noticed a few things that could be improved with it :

1. Often while dead / before respawn I'm roaming around the map with an unlocked camera wanting to send out a global ult, teleport to something, or move to somewhere precise upon respawn, however the camera resets to be locked onto the champ at the fountain. I think having the camera respect your settings and camera positioning upon respawn would be better.

2. The camera follows Ekko's ult, making it more difficult to follow up an awesome ult with other abilities or plays - would prefer if the camera didn't follow Ekko if the camera is unlocked

3. Sometimes in the middle of a fight, particularly with some poke champs (nidalee, xerath) or kiting with an adc during a team fight, repositioning the camera becomes a part-time job. Would like the option to be able to zoom out with the camera further, or a more intelligent camera positioning system (perhaps a key other than space bar that fits in you + the largest amount of champs nearby).
