Diana Buffs

Diana has for a long time been at the lower half of role positions and win rates on champion.gg, and hasn't been particularly strong. In the jungle her ganking is terrible until lvl 6, and her cooldowns and mana are terrible early game making laning difficult (mana the whole game if no mana items). Is she going to have some buffs in the near future?
