edit: before some smart ass talks about champ select, i mean winning arams and playing the game all depends on rng.

The only thing they need to fix are ARAM only accounts by doing a global unlock of ALL champions for everyone.

ARAM is supposed to be dumb fun, not a competitive game mode. It's called All Random All Mid for a reason.

It is, but as someone else said, there is people that abuse it and make it unfun. ARAM only account that basically just have Nidalee, Lux, Ashe, Jynx, Ezreal and other big aram champs aren't uncommon so that is a very real problem.

Which can easily be solved by just making it so everyone is available during aram and make it random. That solves the problem. But Riot doesn't care if it isn't LCS.

Not the end of the world but there is indeed a problem and it will indeed never be fixed.

yeah but I wouldn't refer to this issue as the mode being "completely rng", as a matter of fact this issue is that people are removing (to a certain extent, since free week champs exist) the rng aspect of the mode.
