Tanks So Broken

Tanks are busted. They are almost impossible to play around, and can win any lane with minimal skill or outplay ability. You can have much more skill than mostly any tank player, but they can still kill you with ease. Pick a side Riot, you either make a champion extremely tanky without any damage, or lots of damage with no tank. Theres no need for tank champions to be able to 1v1 adcs. If a tank is in a position where he is 1v1ing an adc, he's out of position. This needs to be fixed... Doesnt even matter if you dodge a champ's skillshots, they can still 1v1 you. ( Tank Fizz ) Make changes so tanks have more utility in tankiness but NOT MUCH DAMAGE. An emphasis on that, tanks should NOT do damage. If you want to add more utility in maokai's kit thats all dandy with me but making him able to 1v1 carries is kind of stupid.
