Im so tilted please help

I need help getting off tilt. I cant seem to win a game. It started with 3 games of afks in a row ( at one point in the game whether at end or middle) and I just cant get over it. I lost plat 3 then in the next game i get a troll and lose. Play again the next day and get a penta as graves and everyone feeds and karma just decides to purposely troll. Why cant I win a game? What is the best way to just end tilt... I cant even play anymore... (btw players that afk / troll should have higher bans then toxicity, makes no sense that toxic players that rage at the afks get banned)
