State of Wukong

so.. in the aftermath of patch 8.16 wukong seems to be struggling since his winrates have dropped dramatically (about 1.5%) and i believe they will keep dropping. problem is that wukong got doublenerfed with both the domination runes nerfs and changes and his own nerf on his q ability. As a d5 62% winrate wukong mid main for 100 games or so i think the nerfs hit like a truck, especially the electrocute part. wukong is NOT viable toplane with his nerfs and the tank buffs and he is weak in jungle as well 'cause of his clear and electrocute change that contains his ganking damage output. midlane is playable but got really hard in the early game. q nerfs make early farming and trading pretty hard and electrocute change favors the abusing laners. mid-late game is obviously nerfed too since q nerfs and electrocute changes now dont allow me to burst armorless carries and imagine that wukong went from overkilling to barely bursting. and since carries now take tabis really often it is even harded than before to burst. to conclude, he needed nerfs but he got nerfed too much. should receive some minor buffs like revoking half of the q nerf or sth.

Honestly, Wukong wasn't even the problem.

It was Duskblade and Stormrazor.

But they won't see any nerfs anytime soon.

(I know Riot is looking into making the passive unique, but the items themselves need changes as well).

He got 44winrate on top lane and 46 in jungle according to op.gg within one day of change.
