What do i do as an ad if there tanks stack armour and hp?

I had a game as Jinx, and I was vs a Moakai and Rammus they both had 300 armour and 4k hp and i did the calculations of how effective the lord dominik/bork combo would be and it would only give me 276 bonus dmg from the passive on lord dominik and bork combined when they were at max hp. I honestly dont know what to do vs those builds and would love some tips.

as AD you need to attack often.
