Pantheon freezing

Everytime i play vs pantheon i get zoned out early from farm since he has so much lane controll and kill pressure, this leads to me being behind in cs while he has double my cs. when i search up tips for this i just get farm under tower but pant keeps freezing. So any tips about how to deal with it? or just endure?

Ban him in champ select.

Pantheon is a big lane bully who drops off super hard late game. Your best bet is to endure.

Take someone tanky with sustain if possible and just survive the lane. Pantheon that doesnt snowball does nothing remarkable later.
