Because he's one of those midlaners that once starts doing damage, you'll need a decent team to shut him down.

Fizz is weak. Most people die under his turret because of his troll pole. I'll snap a Fizzes head off with any champ, any lane, any time.

He snowballs well and fast, GOOD jungle ganks will shut him up (I say good because if your jungler has one bad gank and feeds him then its over)

literally one of the last games I played, I was playing fizz top against garen and around 10 minutes Xin Zhao ganked me under turret and I picked up a double from them under my tower. It was awesome!

Then you got fed and snowballed from there and had a pretty great game, like I said the jungler needs to have a good gank or youre screwed.

He's an assassin....that's kinda the point of the champion class....

And to beat him, wait for him to use his pole, then CC/burst him down.

People underestimate them, and then he outplays them with his E. It's not like he is an assassin or anything either..

Same way you beat any fed assassin. Your team either plays smart or gets penta'd.

These threads always come up so often.. But fizz has actually received a great deal of nerfs as opposed to some assassins.. itemization is also a problem, due to synergy with lich bane however.. or trinity force if you prefer ad bruiser:)
