Idea for the Soloq issue

I am taking inspiration from a post I saw a few days ago, I don't know the exact link, but my idea is this:

Solo Queue can be brought back.

It can be incorporated into the Dynamic Queue system, maybe strictly for ranked modes, where a player would pick their role and queue up, either maximum 2 people or strictly one person, and the matching system could work similar to the current Dynamic Queue.

Here's the spin: The champion you play must be level 5 or above, otherwise you cannot pick them.

Reason for this being that there would not be a person trying out a champion for the first time in that game. They would already have experience with the champion, and have at least a basic knowledge of the champion.

We all know Team Builder is not coming back, so this could be the next best thing. This mode would allow for you to play only the champions you are good at, and the same applies to other players.

To enter the mode, you'd need a minimum of three champions at level 5 or above, to give you a wider pool.

What happens if all the champions you can use are picked or banned? You are automatically kicked out of the select, with no dodge penalty, and continue queueing as if someone else had dodged.
