PROJECT: Speculation

I have noticed a correlation, possibly complete coincidence, but a link nonetheless. Many links, in fact. > * There are no Shuriman, Bilgewater residents, Voidborn, Shadow Isles inhabitants, or Piltover citizen champions with a PROJECT skin. > * There are 5 males, 4 females (keeping a near balance with only 9 skins) > * The colors match those on a color wheel, obviously > * There are three skins in the Red-Yellow spectrum, namely PROJECT: Lucian, PROJECT: Yi, and PROJECT: Yasuo, taking up Orange, Yellow-Orange, and Red-Orange, respectively. > * PROJECT: Zed currently is the only skin in the series to have a neutral color in the particles (Possible exception of PROJECT: Fiora, due to her having pink particles)

This is all fine and dandy, but why is this significant? It isn't. This is:

• PROJECT: Ashe has blue as her main accent. Blue is complementary to Orange. PROJECT: Lucian is the purest orange in the series. Both champions are intended, and have their meta role, in the ADC role.
• PROJECT: Zed has red as his main accent (not counting the black as a main component as well). Red is complementary to Green. Currently the purest, only green we have is PROJECT: Ekko. Ekko was intended for the Mid lane (and is meta there to an extent, probably not in the last 2 patches), meanwhile Zed was intended for, and is meta in, the Mid lane.

This shows a possible correlation between complementary colors and similar roles.

Not only that, PROJECT: Ashe does not have the highest opinion of PROJECT: Lucian, possibly opposing or rival groups? As shown in the PROJECT: OVERDRIVE event, PROJECT: Zed confronts PROJECT: Fiora, PROJECT: Yi, and PROJECT: Lucian after breaking PROJECT: Yi out of the facility. This would assume that PROJECT: Zed is allied to an opposing group, possibly the PROJECT facility itself. PROJECT: Ekko, we assume, is allied with PROJECT: Ashe's resistance group.

This would seem to show that, while PROJECT: Ashe's group is directly against the program, whatever group PROJECT: Lucian and PROJECT: Fiora are allied to has different interests at heart, but with a similar goal: stop the program. The two groups would show a distaste for each other, but would have no point in fighting. PROJECT: Zed, similar to role and opposing in color to PROJECT: Ekko, is also opposing in alignment. PROJECT: Ashe, similar to role and opposing in color to PROJECT: Lucian, is rivalling in alignment, possibly opposing (not directly).

Now what does this mean? If the correlations are true, that would assume we have three, maybe four (if you ignore PROJECT: Fiora's place in this, as the complement to Pink is technically just Lime) remaining skins to hold balance in the color wheel. The remaining colors, to complement each of the remaining PROJECT Skins, are:

• Violet (Complements to PROJECT: Leona, who has Yellow as main accents)
• Blue-Violet, or Indigo (Complements to PROJECT: Yi, who has Yellow-Orange as main accents)
• Blue-Green, or Teal (Complements to PROJECT: Yasuo, who has Red-Orange as main accents)
• Yellow-Green (Complements to PROJECT: Katarina, who has Magenta as main accents)

To use the color-role correlation, that would suggest the roles, respectively, are:

• Support (Complements to PROJECT: Leona, a Support)
• Jungle (Complements to PROJECT: Yi, a Jungler)
• Top/Mid (Complements to PROJECT: Yasuo, a Top/Mid laner)
• Mid (Complements to PROJECT: Katarina, a Mid laner)

If there were a champion to complement PROJECT: Fiora, it would need to be a Top laner with Lime Green accents.
