So I'm kinda stuck in g2 i have been playing ping pong up and down in lp but never got to the point of promos or being demoted, does anyone have any tips that could help me?

#1: Don't give up. You are honestly doing perfectly well and your MMR will increase if you continue your recent performance.
#2: Consider getting 
and 
more to cement your lead when winning or make it easier to actually be able to have a teamfight when behind.
#3: When behind, really look to be roaming with your teammates to find picks and skirmishes.(You have low KP% when behind.)
