For a bit now I have been playing ranked and climbing pretty well and I have been on a massive winstreak, however i only ever gain about 18 lp per win would anyone be able to tell me why that is and maybe how I could raise my MMR a bit?

Only way to raise mmr is to just win more. You've played about 240 games already so that lp gain is normal. Just keep playing jinx and youll climb.
