Looking for Top or Mid laner

So I am returning after almost 2 years and I am looking for a good top or mid laner I am interested in Jarvan, Darius, and Xin Zoah right now seeing as they are pretty easy to play, so out of the three who is better? and if you could leave runes and masteries with you suggestions that would help quite a bit thank you.

If you want a good Top/Mid you should look into Lissandra , Quinn , Annie , Cassiopeia , Azir , Jayce , Nidalee , Riven , and Fiora

If I had to choose from the 3, I'd pick Jarvan though.
