Fiora Rework Discussion [Details Inside]

Claim::
- Fiora is a champion that's quite a lane bully and scales quite well into late game, and to save alot of details, she's sort of anti-fun to the opposing player when she QEWR's you and kill your entire team. That's too much burst for such a champion, not to mention her untargetable ult (which is a good concept) that you cant escape from. Anyways, there was a few posts that went up around last year to rework her, and one of her VO lines is "With precision and grace." It isn't very graceful when she dashes to you and disembowels you. I believe she should have a more thematic approach to her, and a higher level of difficulty and less overall damage and burst, but has more sustained damage and more potential as 1v1 than a whole team assassination.
Concept:
- So, there's a character named Pearl, and she is the living embodiment of grace and precision. You can see what I mean here and here! This shows a glimpse of how elegant she is while still accurately slicing her targets up. Fiora is a fencer/sword fighter, similar to pearl.
Potential Gameplay:

So, an example of this is how** she avoids attacks, looks pristine and still deals damage,** which Fiora should be, well how I would like her to be. Fencers take pratice to learn their skill, and Fiora is pretty easy to play/master (albeit there isn't much to master), so she should be more difficult to represent that theme with a higher level of difficulty and more skills to potentially outplay your foes

An example of this would be an ability that she can dash (or stay in place) a very small distance away while spinning similar to the while avoiding abilities and deals a** trivial amount of AOE damage**, but** more **towards the target she's focusing (similar to a Xin passive that would give all of new Fiora's lackluster damage/high outplay or utility a bit more damage towards her dueler/target. Something like whoever she attacks is her "victim" and takes increased damage from her abilities and grants bonus attack speed)

Another idea for an ability would be her passive gives her bonus movement speed whenever she hits a target with an ability, and it increases with champions. This would replace her E and give her a bit more difficulty and agility when dashing in to deal damage or outplay an opponent.

Some Gameplay she should have is being able to easily damage 1v1 foes, but lacks AOE damage/burst. So if a few people were to jump on this new Fiora, she should be able to duel one person, dash to the next, avoid abilities and not do as much damage as she would if she was 1v1ing somebody.
**TLDR: Fiora should be reworked in a "Pearl"/graceful swordsman style like champion, using mobility and outplaying mechanics and accuracy actually deal damage. This will leave without a lot of burst, but would add a level of difficulty to her, but she should be able to outplay her opponents and deal damage through auto attacking. This gives her a more thematic approach and I believe makes her a bit more fun instead of being all burst and destructive.
